Golf and members’ clubs juggle memberships, tee-time bookings, competitions, events, functions and subs across a dated club system, a diary and a stack of spreadsheets. The off-the-shelf club software is clunky, rigid and priced like it is still 2005.
We build management software around how your club actually runs. Memberships, bookings, events and subs in one place, shaped to your club, and yours from £150 a month.
What it does
Memberships and subs
Renewals and subs collected automatically, so you always know who is paid up and stop chasing the same members every year.
Tee times and bookings
Members book tee times and courts online, with no double-bookings and no phone tag tying up the office.
Competitions and events
Handle entries, results and functions in one place, so a competition or club night is a few clicks rather than a weekend of admin.
Every member in one place
Contact details, membership, payments and history in one record, secure and to hand whenever the office needs it.
Proof, not promises
We work with golf and country clubs. We built BOS Golf Club and Parklands Country Club their websites, and we build the membership, booking and events systems clubs run on, so the office spends less time on admin and more on members.

Common questions
Should a golf club use an off-the-shelf system or have one built?
The big club platforms like BRS or ClubV1 handle tee times and membership well, and for many clubs they are the sensible choice. Having your own built makes sense when your competitions, member categories or the way your bar and pro shop tie in do not fit their boxes. We will tell you straight whether it is worth moving off a package.
Can members book tee times and enter competitions online?
Yes. Members can see the tee sheet, book their slot and sign up for competitions from a phone, with visitor green fees and guest slots handled too. You set the rules for how far ahead each member type can book, so the course fills the way you want.
Will it handle handicaps and competition results?
We can run competition entries, results and scoring in one place, and connect to the national handicap system so records stay correct. Members see the timesheet, the comps and their own account without ringing the office, which takes a lot off the pro shop and secretary.
Can it take membership payments and renewals?
Yes. It handles annual and monthly memberships, subscriptions and renewals, and can take card payments for green fees and the bar. You get a clear view of who has paid, who is due and who has lapsed, without working through a spreadsheet.
How much does a club system cost and how long to build?
We build in stages from £150 a month, or a one-off build the club owns outright, with a fixed price after a short call. A first working version, usually tee bookings and membership, is normally live in weeks, then we add competitions and the rest around your season.
Do you work with member-run clubs, and can it replace what we use now?
Yes, we work with member clubs and proprietary courses, and we can bring your membership list and history across. If your till or accounts package works fine, we keep it and connect to it. The point is one system for members, bookings and money instead of several that do not talk.
