How much does a custom system cost?
Custom systems start from £150 a month, with a small onboarding fee to get you set up. We work this way because a good system keeps growing with your business, so we stay accountable month to month instead of charging once and walking away. It covers the build, hosting, maintenance and ongoing improvements.
How long will it take?
It depends on the scope. A straightforward website is usually a few weeks; a larger system takes longer. You get a clear timeline after our first call and regular updates the whole way through, so you're never left wondering where things are.
Why build something bespoke instead of a template or off-the-shelf software?
Off-the-shelf makes you bend your business to fit the software. We do it the other way round: we learn how you actually work, then build around that, so your team takes to it instead of fighting it. You own the result outright, with no per-seat fees stacking up as you grow.
Do I own what you build?
Yes, it's yours. Your data and your system belong to you, not something you rent back from us.
What happens after it launches? Do you disappear?
No. We stick around with maintenance, security and support, including monitoring so problems get caught before you notice them. It's a partnership, not a drop-and-run.
Are you actually local?
