Events and hospitality run on a hundred moving parts. Registrations, tickets, table bookings, schedules, speakers, guests, payments, the emails that go out at 6am. When that lives across spreadsheets, inboxes and three different apps, things slip and someone ends up doing it all by hand.
We build the software that ties it together. One system that fits the way you really work, from the first registration to the final invoice, so your team stops firefighting and your guests get a smooth ride. We’re a UK agency based near Glasgow, and we build the lot ourselves.
How we help
Registrations and ticketing
Take sign-ups and sell tickets with multiple ticket types, discounts and roles handled properly. Everyone gets their confirmation and you get a live count of who’s coming.
Scheduling and speaker admin
Build the timetable, manage sessions and give speakers or guests their own logins to submit what you need. No more version-twelve spreadsheets flying around by email.
Payments and communications
Take deposits and full payments online, then reconcile them without lifting a finger. Send the right update to the right people when plans change.
Show the public what’s on
Put your programme in front of people with a search that actually helps them find it. Filter by date, type, place or whatever matters to your audience.
Proof, not promises
We’ve done this for real. For the University of Strathclyde’s IMHFS conference, we built a management platform that pulls the whole event into one place: registrations, multi-role accounts, speaker management, scheduling, payments and communications, all working together. For Musselburgh Loop, we built a community events search engine with a full staff-facing backend, where local organisations publish their activities and the public find them through a fast, filterable front end. We’ve also built for hospitality names like Tiffneys, the Glasgow steakhouse, and Parklands Hotel & Country Club.

Common questions
Should an events or hospitality team buy software or have it built?
Off-the-shelf tools are fine for a standard booking. Bespoke pays off when enquiries, deposits, run sheets and staffing all live in different places and nothing joins up.
Can it join up enquiries, deposits and the run sheet?
Yes. An enquiry becomes a booking, the deposit is tracked, and the run sheet and staffing flow from it, so nothing slips between the enquiry and the event.
Can customers book or enquire online?
Yes. Customers book or enquire from your site, and it lands straight in the system rather than in an inbox someone has to watch.
How much does it cost, and how long does it take?
We build in stages, from £150 a month or a one-off build you own, with a fixed price after a short call. First version live in weeks.
Can it replace the spreadsheets and inboxes we run on now?
Usually, yes. We keep what works and remove the rekeying between enquiry, booking, deposit and delivery.
Do you work with venues, organisers and caterers?
Yes. We tailor it to how your venue or event business actually takes and delivers work.
