Selling to the trade is not like selling to the public. Every account has its own prices and terms. Orders come in by phone, by email and over the counter. Someone in the office types them all in. Then customers still call to ask for a copy of an invoice.

We build trade websites and online shops for firms that sell to other firms. That includes wholesalers, trade suppliers and makers. Customers log in, see their own prices and order when it suits them. Orders, invoices and stock flow through to the systems you already use.

How we help

Each customer’s own prices

Trade customers log in and see their own prices and terms, not a list price they have to ring up about.

Linked to your EPOS and stock

Your website and your till or stock system share one view, so online and counter stock always match.

Invoices and statements online

Customers find their invoices, quotes and statements in their own account, any time.

Fewer orders by phone

A repeat order takes a minute online, so your team spends less time typing orders in.

Proof, not promises

We have built this for real. For HPD, a heating and plumbing trade supplier, we linked their online trade store to their Shop EPOS system. Each customer sees their own prices. Their invoices, quotes and statements show up in their online account. We also built the website for Centurion Signs, who have made and fitted signs since 1971.

Common questions

Should we use a B2B ecommerce platform or have one built?

Ready-made B2B platforms suit firms with simple price lists, and they charge every month. Bespoke makes sense when you have account pricing, your own stock or EPOS system, or trade and public customers who need to see different things. We will tell you straight which fits.

Can trade and public customers use the same website?

Yes. Public visitors see your normal prices, and trade customers log in to see theirs.

Can it connect to our EPOS or stock system?

In most cases, yes. We did this for a trade supplier using Shop EPOS, so pricing, invoices, quotes and statements pull through. We will check your system on the first call.

Can customers reorder quickly?

Yes. Customers can see their past orders and order the same again in a couple of clicks.

Do you work with manufacturers too?

Yes. We build systems that track orders through production, as well as websites that show off what you make.

How long does it take?

A first working version is usually live in weeks, then we add to it. You get a fixed price after a short call, and we build in stages so there is no big bill up front.
