Fresh Fruit & Veg delivers fresh fruit and veg boxes across Glasgow and the west of Scotland on weekly and monthly subscriptions. We look after the whole platform for them, from the hosting it runs on to the day to day development, so the team can focus on the produce and their customers.
The shop now runs on our own infrastructure, behind Cloudflare with proper SSL. That gives us full control over its speed and reliability, and gives the owner one point of contact whenever something is needed. We brought the entire live site across with no downtime.
A subscription business runs on dependable billing. We keep the renewal engine ticking over cleanly and make sure every box is scheduled on a real delivery day for the customer’s postcode, with a close eye on payments so the owner always knows where things stand.
Customers can pause their deliveries and choose when to come back. We built that so a subscription resumes on the exact day they pick, they only see their real delivery days, and the first box back lands right on schedule.
We set up the domain’s email properly, so order confirmations and renewal receipts reach the inbox rather than the spam folder, and tuned the shop for speed with proper caching so pages stay quick for customers and for search.
