Miller Estate Agents is a boutique agency selling homes across Glasgow and Lanarkshire. Scott Miller runs it and looks after every sale himself, from the first visit until the keys change hands. Most of his work came through referrals. He wanted a website that would win new valuations as well.
We built the whole site around one job, which is getting a homeowner to ask for a valuation. Every page has a clear way to book one, and a tab on the side of the screen takes visitors straight to it.
The valuation is a short guided chat in six easy steps. It asks about the home and how soon the owner wants to sell. People can add a photo of each room if they want to, but photos are never required, so nobody gets stuck. Within 24 hours, Scott sends back a desktop valuation, which is a valuation done from those details without a visit. Owners who would rather meet him can book a home visit instead.

Photos, floor plans and property films now come through on their own from the system Scott already uses. Nothing gets left off a listing, and he never has to upload anything twice. Each property page also has a map of the area, a button to arrange a viewing and a button to call Scott.

Sellers want proof before they pick an agent. The Sell page shows real homes Miller has sold and how far above the Home Report each one went. A Home Report is the survey and valuation every Scottish home needs before it goes on sale. 64 Russell Street in Hamilton sold for 22.9% above its Home Report after 29 viewings. 1 Warwick Grove sold for 15.3% above and 3 Wallace Place for 14.8% above.

The home page shows Scott’s latest Instagram posts, so the site stays fresh with no extra work from him. Buyers and sellers each get their own route from the home page, one to browse homes and one to book a valuation. On a phone, WhatsApp and call buttons are always within reach of the visitor’s thumb.
We host the site and look after it every month.
